Featured Poem by Poet Evan Fitzgerald
“The Original & The Inspired”
Just as art is truth and love, making love
Beneath in mind is jealousy of nature
Those who create see its harmonious splendor
Some bugs and birds, together with every feature
And rocks with moss, as if blessed by a sender
Just as great art has every stroke with intent
It aspires to rhyming with each atom
Like every each life, of souls God sent
And we need to fight for it all
We who are made of hawk and dove
We can use force for love
Or be doomed to fall
